Roles & Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a warm and friendly manner.

Answer incoming phone calls, direct calls to the appropriate person, and take messages as necessary.

Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it is presentable at all times.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries and distribute them to the appropriate individuals or departments.

Manage the scheduling of conference rooms and assist in coordinating meetings and appointments.

Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.

Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.

Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.

Ensure compliance with security and safety procedures by monitoring the reception area and reporting any suspicious activity.

Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations for staff when required.

Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to a positive and cohesive work environment.

**Qualifications**:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficient in using office equipment such as a multi-line phone system, fax machine, and photocopier.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.

Pay: ₹18,014.16 - ₹25,932.35 per month
