**Need Showroom In-charge** **for our sector**

**Position**: Showroom In-charge

**Qualification**: Any degree related to Textile

**Experience**: 3-5 Years

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop business strategies to increase our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability.
- Ensure high levels of customer’s satisfaction through excellent service. Complete store administration and ensure compliance within company policies and procedures.
- Maintain outstanding store environment and visual merchandising standards.
- Report on buying trends, customer needs, sales performance, employees issue etc.
- Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths of store staff.
- Handle customer complaints, store employee grievances, cashing, billing and other store operations.
- Set an example with perfect self-discipline, holistic approach with high store performance.

**Skills : Storemanagement, Leadership abilities, customer service, communication, Decision making.**

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Erode, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
