Your responsibilities and area of operations are given below:

- Ensure service standardization across all the ongoing and upcoming units across various sites assigned to you.
- Ensure the desired standards in food preparation and service is achieved.
- To create variety of dishes and to break monotony in taste
- To ensure healthy and hygienic food.
- Participate in the menu planning and standardization of the recipes
- Participate in the monthly food meetings.
- Ensure proper upkeep of assets of the Kitchen and stock at the stores and conduct routine inspection, food audits and store stock verification.
- Participate in vendor negotiations and finalization based on quotes and ensure periodic review on the consistency with price & quality
- Plan and organize for the party menus & theme based events at the site.
- Create a peaceful environment to work for the team members looking into their staff welfare measures. Provide job rotation and train members to assume larger responsibility.
- Share Job checklist with all staff and review daily to ensure strict adherence of the same
- Minimise food wastage and ensure the desired margins are achieved as per the budget.
- To ensure the taste and variety of the menus is approved and appreciated by the majority clients keeping the cost in consideration.
- To accept any other additional responsibilities that may be given to you by the Management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- 7 years (required)
- 3-5 years in F & B Supervision (required)

**Language**:

- English, Tamil - RWS (required)
