
Back Office Coordinator

e are seeking a Back Office Coordinator to join our dynamic ecommerce marketplace team. As a Back Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the business by performing administrative and operational tasks.
**Responsibilities**:
- Handle data entry and database management tasks to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
- Process orders, invoices, and other documentation related to ecommerce transactions
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure availability of products
- Support the finance and accounting department with tasks such as invoicing and bookkeeping
- Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a back office or administrative role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Knowledge of ecommerce operations and marketplace platforms preferred
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
**Salary**: ₹6,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Jamshedpur, Jharkhand: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
**Experience**:
