Profile introduction:
Join our dynamic team as a Back Office Operations Associate, where precision meets efficiency. As a key player in our back-office operations, you will be instrumental in ensuring seamless business processes and enhancing overall organizational productivity. This role is perfect for detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a collaborative and structured environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Execute and manage day-to-day back-office tasks with precision and accuracy.
- Maintain and update records, databases, and documentation.
- Process and monitor transactions to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflow and enhance operational efficiency.
- Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the implementation of enhancements.
- Respond promptly to internal and external inquiries, providing excellent customer service.
- Support data analysis and reporting activities to facilitate decision-making.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years in back-office operations or a similar role.
- **Attention to Detail**: Meticulous approach to tasks with a focus on accuracy.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Team Player**: Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- **Problem-Solving**: Proven ability to identify and resolve operational challenges.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
