This is a full-time role for a Senior Architect, located in New Delhi. The Architect will be responsible for Managing large scale institutional and healthcare projects from concept to commissioning. The role will have significant interaction with all stakeholders including clients, government departments, contractors, sub consultants etc. while managing the designing, planning, drawing production, tender and specification documents etc. The Architect will work with a team of engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed within budget, on time, and according to specifications.

The role would need significant travel to client and project locations across the country.

Those having a proven track record of handling Government clients in projects such as Hospitals, Medical Colleges, IIT / IIM campuses etc are encouraged to apply.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
