**Job Description for Physics Faculty for IIT-JEE & NEET**

**Position**: Physics Faculty
**Location**: Ghaziabad
**Experience**: 2-5 years (preferred, freshers with exceptional skills can also apply)
**Qualification**: M.Sc./M.Tech./Ph.D. in Physics or equivalent

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching**:

- Deliver high-quality Physics lessons for IIT-JEE (Main & Advanced) and NEET aspirants.
- Simplify complex Physics concepts for students to understand easily and retain effectively.
- **Course Development**:

- Prepare comprehensive lesson plans, study material, and question banks tailored to IIT-JEE & NEET syllabi.
- Develop and refine mock tests, assignments, and practice problems to challenge students and enhance preparation.
- **Mentoring**:

- Provide personalized attention and mentorship to students to address their learning needs and boost confidence.
- Track individual student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- **Assessment and Analysis**:

- Conduct regular tests, evaluate answer sheets, and provide performance reports.
- Analyze common problem areas and adapt teaching strategies to address them.
- **Continuous Learning**:

- Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in the IIT-JEE & NEET exam patterns and syllabi.
- Attend internal and external training sessions to enhance teaching methodologies.
- **Collaboration**:

- Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and academic events organized by the institution.

**Key Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to break down complex topics into easy-to-understand segments.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with modern teaching tools and techniques, including online teaching platforms (optional but preferred).
