**Job Summary**:
The Housekeeping Associate is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and overall upkeep of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas. The role ensures that guests experience a comfortable and well-maintained environment during their stay.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Clean and service guest rooms as per hotel standards (bed making, dusting, vacuuming, replenishing amenities, bathroom cleaning).
- Maintain cleanliness of corridors, public areas, and service areas.
- Replenish linen, towels, and guest supplies on a daily basis.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or lost & found items to the supervisor.
- Ensure trolleys and cleaning equipment are well-stocked and maintained.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and grooming standards at all times.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests.
- Assist in laundry operations when required.
- Support housekeeping team during peak operations (banquets, events, high occupancy).

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Good physical stamina and ability to work long shifts.
- Basic communication skills.
- Guest service orientation with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Diploma in Hotel Management (preferred).
- 0-2 years of housekeeping experience (freshers may be considered).
- Prior experience in hospitality is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
