Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Project Lead or Project Manager in the hospitality, residential, or interior design industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful design projects in hospitality and residential spaces.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a design team.
- In-depth knowledge of design principles, materials, and construction methods.
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

**Responsibilities**:

- Project Management: Lead and manage multiple projects concurrently, overseeing timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful and on-time delivery.
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance and leadership to a multidisciplinary design team, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
- Client Collaboration: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their vision, and translating it into innovative and practical design solutions.
- Design Direction: Set the design direction for projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations, industry trends, and the firm's design philosophy.
- Quality Control: Ensure the highest quality standards in design and execution, conducting regular reviews and providing constructive feedback to the design team.
- Budget and Resource Management: Monitor project budgets, allocate resources effectively, and identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising quality.
- Vendor and Contractor Coordination: Collaborate with external vendors and contractors, ensuring seamless integration of design concepts into the physical space.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards, ensuring project compliance and obtaining necessary approvals.

**Salary**: Up to ₹780,000.00 per year
