JR39953 QA Operator (Evergreen)

As IQC inspector, he/she is responsible in performing daily routine in order to fulfil the defined incoming inspection on raw materials or parts.

**Responsibilities**:
Performer of quality and inspection routines
- Manage basic lot operation at IQC inspection processes (eg. perform inspection, record inspection result, retain IQC sample & etc)
- Operate IQC equipment/tools
- Compile incoming inspection report, CoC inspection and shipment information.
- Ensure inspection tool status is logged accurately; Monitor equipment/tool performance discrepancies and escalate to supervisor or support team if any abnormality
- Enter inspection data into system accurately including lot traceability
- Responsible in 6S at own work are/workstation to ensure 6S tip top condition at any time
- Collaboration with Store personnel in supporting shipment release & etc.
- Contribute to a Quality first and safe work environment

Follow and comply to defined procedure to ensure full compliance at work
- Follow and comply to safety procedures and area work rules (including use of proper PPE and chemical safety)
- Be sensitive to any abnormality; feedback to on any suspicious or abnormality
- Identify area of improvement, make suggestions to increase quality and efficiency of processes as well to prevent any non-compliance/non-conformance products
- Forster teamwork and self-discipline to improve work efficiency

Demonstrate sense of urgency to support and complete allocated task
- Able to support coverage during break or rest day as necessary
- Be discipline and adhere to HR policy. Always communicate with supervisor for any planned or unplanned attendance.
- Ensure a timely response and implementation of solutions to support IQC Engineer

Qualification

1. Minimum SPM or equivalent

2. Preferable with 1 year experience in Semiconductor Manufacturing environment and quality-relevant functions

3. Able to communicate and understand basic En

Your main task will be operating Equipment.
- Manning of multiple machines
- Provide machine coverage during breaks
- Logging machines accurately
- Monitoring and awareness of equipment performance discrepancies with timely communication to your Lead
- Working hours are 12 hours shift with biweekly rotation for day and night.

Ensure Quality of Process and Product
- Run equipment based on current process specifications (e.g. procedures, change notifications, etc.)
- Organize own workstations and ensuring 6S
- Make suggestions to improve quality and safety

Complete Certification and Recertification
- Participate actively in assigned on-the-job and other required training; asking questions to increase knowledge and abilities
- Complete certification requirements by demonstrating understanding and abilities

Communication Information
- Receive and understand pass down, providing clear, accurate, and detailed pass down
- Seek and provide feedback to leadership, coworker, and support groups to make positive changes in performance
- Offer suggestions towards improvements when appropriate
- Always seek clarification when in doubt

Contribute to a Safe and Compliant Work Environment
- Identify and promptly report hazards
- Follow safety protocols
- Use accurate lifting techniques and work in an ergonomically manner
