Project Support:
Assist the project manager in planning, coordinating, and overseeing project activities.
Contribute to project planning and scheduling.

Vendor Coordination:
Follow up with vendors regarding project deliverables, timelines, and quality standards.
Maintain positive relationships with vendors.

Online Meetings:
Schedule and organize online meetings, ensuring all necessary participants are involved.
Take minutes during meetings and distribute them to relevant stakeholders.

Technical Support:
Provide technical support for project-related activities.
Engage in technical discussions with team members and external partners.

Documentation:
Assist in preparing project documentation, reports, and presentations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project files.

Communication:
Act as a liaison between project team members, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Communicate project updates and progress to the project manager.

Problem Solving:
Identify potential project issues and work with the project manager to develop solutions.
Escalate issues to the project manager when necessary.

Learning and Development:
Stay informed about project management methodologies and industry best practices.
Continuously improve skills and knowledge to enhance project support capabilities.

Administrative Tasks:
Handle administrative tasks, including arranging travel, managing schedules, and processing project-related paperwork.

Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

Quality Assurance:
Assist in monitoring and ensuring the quality of project deliverables.
Participate in quality assurance processes and activities.

Time Management:
Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and contribute to timely project completion.
