Dispatch Incharge

**Coordination and Scheduling**:

- Schedule and dispatch vehicles, drivers, or equipment to appropriate locations.
- Monitor and manage schedules to ensure timely arrivals and deliveries.
- Plan, prioritize, and assign dispatch jobs based on route optimization and urgency.

**Problem Solving**:

- Address problems related to delays, route changes, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Ensure all parties are informed and updated on status changes and issues.
- Work with management to resolve any major issues or conflicts.

**Customer Service**:

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Ensure all deliveries and pickups are completed on schedule and in accordance with customer specifications.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
