**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in the formulation and testing of new Kombucha and wellness beverage products
- Conduct sensory evaluations, basic shelf-life studies, and ingredient research
- Accurately document trial results, recipes, and lab procedures
- Maintain hygiene standards, ensure process compliance, and manage lab records
- Coordinate with the production team for pilot batches and feedback collection.

**Eligibility Criteria**
- Recently completed **B.Tech / B.Sc. in Food Technology** or a related discipline
- Strong interest in product innovation and beverage development
- Proficient in basic documentation and MS Excel / Google Sheets
- A proactive, eager-to-learn attitude with excellent attention to detail.
