**Job description**

**Job Title: Mechanical CAD Trainer**

**Location: CADD Centre Thane / Airoli / Dombivli**

**Experience: Minimum One year**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conducting training sessions on architecture software, with a focus on AutoCAD, SolidWorks and other 3D modelling software's.
- Providing hands-on demonstrations and practical exercises to reinforce theoretical concepts.
- Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
- Assisting students with project work and assignments, offering guidance and mentorship as needed.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest developments in interior design software and incorporating relevant updates into training curriculum.
- Collaborating with other trainers and staff members to continuously improve training methodologies and techniques.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical.
- Minimum of one year experience as a trainer or educator in the field of Mechanical CAD design would be preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks and Knowledge of other relevant software like CATIA V5, Creo, Inventor, Ansys would be added advantages.
- Patience and empathy towards students, with a genuine passion for teaching and mentoring.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Certification or formal training in education or instructional design is a plus.
