**Job Title**:IP (In-Patient) Billing Executive**

Job Summary:
The IP Billing Executive is responsible for managing in-patient billing processes, ensuring accurate invoicing for services provided during a patient’s hospital stay. The role involves coordinating with various hospital departments to capture all charges, processing insurance claims, and addressing patient billing queries. The IP Billing Executive ensures that the hospital’s billing operations are efficient, accurate, and compliant with policies and insurance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Invoicing: Generate and review accurate in-patient bills, ensuring all services, treatments, and medications are captured properly.

Department Coordination: Work with departments like nursing, pharmacy, and radiology to ensure accurate charge capture and documentation.

Insurance Management: Process in-patient insurance claims, verify pre-authorizations, and ensure compliance with insurance policies.

Payment Processing: Assist patients and their families with billing-related questions, explain charges, and facilitate payment collections.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to hospital policies and healthcare regulations in all billing activities.

Skills Required:
Knowledge of healthcare billing systems and procedures.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Familiarity with insurance claim processes and pre-authorizations.

Good communication and customer service skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
