**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage architectural projects from design to construction.
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, 3D models, and detailed working drawings.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities.
- Conduct **daily/weekly site inspections** to ensure adherence to design specs, materials, and workmanship.
- Monitor **critical stages** (formwork, RCC, finishes, MEP installations) with checklists.
- Verify **material quality** (concrete grades, steel, tiles, etc.) against approved samples.
- Perform **snagging lists** (defect tracking) for architectural finishes (paint, flooring, cladding).
- Resolve on-site disputes with contractors using **measured drawings and SOPs**.
- **Assertive communication** to enforce QC standards with contractors.
- Ability to handle fast-paced deadlines with mínimal supervision.
- Mentor junior architects and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
