**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Project Execution**: Execute and oversee electrical installation, wiring, and maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- **PLC and Panel Expertise**: Manage and troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and other electrical control panels with precision, optimizing performance across systems.
- **Site Coordination**: Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely and efficient project completion, maintaining alignment with operational objectives and client specifications.
- **Technical Support**: Provide hands-on technical support, diagnose issues, and implement solutions in real-time across various project sites.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure all electrical installations and maintenance activities meet Optech's quality standards, industry best practices, and safety guidelines.
- **Documentation**: Prepare and maintain detailed reports, including technical documentation and quality compliance records for each site.
- **Client Communication**: Act as a point of contact for clients on-site, addressing technical queries and providing regular updates on project progress.
- **Global Flexibility**: Work flexibly across sites located both within India and internationally, adapting to diverse work environments and project demands.

**Required Qualifications**
- **Education**: Diploma or ITI (Electrical) in a related discipline.
- **Experience**: 1+ years in industrial electrical field, with hands-on experience in PLC panels, industrial wiring, and site project management.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Strong understanding of electrical systems, schematics, and control panel wiring with proven experience in the Oil & Gas or similar heavy industries.
- **Safety & Compliance**: Knowledge of industry safety standards, quality assurance practices, and environmental regulations.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to travel extensively and work at various project sites across Pan India and abroad.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, team members, and leadership.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.01 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
