Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize and design visual assets for various marketing materials, including product brochures, flyers, posters, banners, packaging, and digital advertisements.
- Create eye-catching graphics and layouts that align with Winntus Formworks' brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages to our customers and partners.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and design solutions for marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
- Work closely with the sales team to create customized sales presentations, proposals, and other materials to support business development efforts and client communications.
- Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our visual assets.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Review and provide feedback on designs produced by external agencies or freelance designers to ensure alignment with brand standards and project requirements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience (X years) as a graphic designer, preferably in a corporate or agency setting, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative work across print and digital media.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and knowledge of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Excellent visual and conceptual skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear and compelling visuals.
- Strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to design, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all deliverables.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts, provide constructive feedback, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and techniques to keep up with evolving design trends and technologies.
- Prior experience in the construction industry or familiarity with technical drawings and specifications is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
