Physics Faculty

**Responsibilities**:
**Online Class Management**: Assist faculty members in setting up and managing online classrooms or learning management systems (LMS) for delivering virtual classes. This includes organizing schedules, creating and uploading learning materials, and ensuring smooth functioning of online platforms.

**Multimedia Content Development**:Support faculty members in developing engaging multimedia content such as presentations, videos, interactive quizzes, or simulations for online lessons. Assist in creating visually appealing and interactive materials to enhance the learning experience.

**Instruction and Delivery**: Prepare and deliver engaging and effective lessons in Math’s, Physics, Biology, Zoology, or Chemistry to students, either through in-person classes or online platforms.

**Assessment and Feedback**:Assist in designing and administering online assessments, quizzes, or assignments. Help faculty members in grading and providing timely feedback to students. Maintain accurate records of student performance in online assessments.

**Online Resource Management**:Organize and manage online resources, including e-books, digital libraries, or reference materials, to support faculty members and students in their online learning journey. Ensure easy accessibility and appropriate categorization of resources.

**Communication and Coordination**:Assist in communication with students, parents, or other stakeholders regarding online class schedules, updates, or important information. Coordinate virtual meetings, webinars, or parent-teacher interactions as needed.

**Organization and Time Management**: Effective organizational and time management skills to plan lessons, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

**Technological Proficiency**:Familiarity with educational technology tools and online learning platforms to enhance teaching and engage students in digital environments.

**Collaboration and Teamwork**:Ability to collaborate with fellow faculty members, coordinate lesson plans, share resources, and contribute to the overall success of the academic institution.

**Technology Proficiency**: Strong familiarity with online teaching tools, video conferencing platforms, learning management systems (LMS), and multimedia content creation software. Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and troubleshoot technical issues.

**Organizational Skills**:Excellent organizational and time management skills to coordinate schedules, manage online resources, and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

**Communication Skills**:Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with faculty members, students, and parents in a virtual environment. Active listening skills to understand and address concerns.

**Attention to Detail**:Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in managing online platforms, grading assessments, and maintaining records.

**Collaboration and Teamwork**:Ability to work collaboratively with faculty members, administrators, and IT support staff to ensure a seamless online teaching experience.

**Adaptability**: Flexibility and adaptability to changing online teaching methodologies, technological updates, and evolving educational requirements.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
