**Job Summary**:
The Centre In-charge will be responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and smooth functioning of the college campus. The role involves supervising academic and non-academic operations, ensuring discipline, managing staff and student relations, and maintaining effective communication with management and parents.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the campus, ensuring academic and administrative efficiency.
- Coordinate with teaching and non-teaching staff to ensure smooth academic delivery.
- Monitor student discipline, attendance, and overall campus decorum.
- Organize and supervise college events, examinations, and other academic activities.
- Ensure adherence to college policies, rules, and safety regulations.
- Handle communication between management, faculty, students, and parents.
- Support in staff recruitment, orientation, and performance evaluation.
- Maintain proper documentation and reports related to academic and administrative activities.
- Foster a positive and student-centric learning environment on campus.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Education, Administration, or related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or administrative role in an educational institution (preferably PU or higher secondary level).
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Kannada.
- **Skills**: Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills; ability to multitask and manage teams effectively.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Prior experience working in PU or similar academic institutions.
- Ability to handle student, staff, and parent queries professionally.
- Positive attitude with a commitment to educational excellence and student development.

**Working Days**: Monday to Saturday**Immediate Joiners**

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
