About the job
We are seeking a Customer Service Associate who will be responsible for maintaining regular communication with customers to ensure their bookings and attendance for online classes. You will play a crucial role in providing prompt and timely customer service to enhance platform engagement. Your excellent communication skills and commitment to customer satisfaction will contribute to a seamless and enjoyable learning experience for our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities
1. Speaking to customers and ensuring their bookings and attendance of online classes happens regularly
2. Enhancing platform engagement by prompt and timely customer service.
3.Building and maintaining strong relationships with student.
4.6 Days Working ( Any weekday off)
**Qualifications**:

- Fresher can apply

- Strong verbal and written communication in English
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
