**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Supervision**: Lead and supervise a team of interiors subcontractors, and laborers, providing direction, support, and guidance as needed.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure that all construction activities meet quality standards. Regular monitor progress and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- **Resource Management**: Coordinate the delivery and storage of materials and equipment, ensuring they are available when needed and properly accounted for.
- **Progress Monitoring**: Track and report on project progress, including scheduling, costs, and completion milestones.
- **Communication**: Act as the primary point of contact between the site team, and other stakeholders. Provide daily updates on site activities, site photos, progress and any challenges.
- **Problem Solving**: Identify and resolve construction-related issues as they arise, utilizing problem-solving skills to keep the project on track.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
