**Role Overview**

As a Garment Technician at CTA Apparels, you will be an integral part of our product development and production teams. Your role will be to ensure that our garments meet the highest standards of quality, fit, and construction, from initial design concepts to final production. You will collaborate closely with design, pattern-making, and production teams to troubleshoot issues and maintain high-quality standards throughout the process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review and interpret technical specifications and garment designs, ensuring clarity and precision in production.
- Conduct garment fittings, assess fit issues, and collaborate with design teams to make necessary adjustments.
- Create and maintain accurate tech packs with detailed measurements, construction methods, and trim specifications.
- Work closely with pattern makers and production teams to ensure accurate implementation of garment construction techniques.
- Provide technical support on fabric choices, garment construction, and finishing techniques.
- Oversee quality control during the production process, ensuring adherence to specifications and identifying any defects.
- Conduct tests on fabrics and materials to ensure suitability for production.
- Address and resolve any garment-related production issues, offering solutions to maintain high quality standards.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technological advancements in garment production.

**Requirements**:

- 2-5 years of experience as a Garment Technician or in a similar role within a large garment export house.
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, trims, and fitting techniques.
- Experience in creating and working with tech packs, garment specifications, and measurement charts.
- In-depth understanding of garment production processes and quality control standards.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- A degree or diploma in Fashion Technology, Garment Production, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹540,000.00 per year
