**Job Summary**:
Portea Medical is seeking a **Clinical SME with Nursing Experience in** **Delhi, India.**

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
**New patient placement(10%)-** Communicate with CRO and Team Leader and fix the time for placement and give suggestion to Nursing Attendant and collect the patient details/follow placement or first visit protocol, To be assessed on basis of placements done.

**patient visit/Patient Revisit (25%)-** Visit the patient on First/second day of the placement, examining the patient, collecting adequate medical details, preparing treatment plan to Nursing Attendant during the visit, To be assessed on reporting and compliance

**On job training for Nurse (10%) -** Provide on Job Training to Nursing Attendant depending on Patient's conditions, to be assessed on Clinical escalations and fitment of staff.

**Uploading case file (15%)-** upload the case file with relevant case details after completing the visit and upload the consent form, service agreement form, treatment plan and discharge summary of the patient to be assessed on case file compliance

**Service comprehensiveness (25%)-** All new patients to be assessed for Cross selling options and service comprehensiveness to be enhanced for All Nursing Attendant patients to be assessed on number of patients availing multiple services.

**Behavioural (15%) -** Inter Team/ External/ Within Team

**Knowledge and Skills**:

- Possesses a solid understanding of clinical practices and federal and state healthcare regulations.
- Extensive experience with EHR (Electronic Health records) and EMR (Electronic Medical records).
- Recognizes problems or situations that are new and proactively engages with key team members to solve problems and institute changes
- Excellent conceptual, analytical and problem solving abilities
