**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements, goals, and constraints.
- Develop and present design concepts, utilizing the latest trends and technologies in architecture.
- Produce detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
- Lead project teams, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and consultants.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Oversee the construction phase, providing on-site support and addressing any design-related issues that may arise.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance design processes.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Architect with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design and drafting software.
- Excellent design and visualization skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong project management and leadership abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of construction materials, methods, and detailing.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Commitment to sustainability and a demonstrated understanding of green building principles.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
