- Advising clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements
- Conducting comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value
- Presenting purchase offers to sellers
- Facilitating negotiations between buyers and sellers
- Acting as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers
- Preparing necessary real estate documents
- Promoting properties and conducting open houses
- Coordinating property closings and overseeing signing of documents
- Maintaining and updating listings of available properties
- Developing networks and collaborating with mortgage lenders, real estate attorneys, and appraisers
- Providing guidance and assisting buyers in purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
- Advising clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements
- Staying knowledgeable about the real estate market and best practices
- Meeting with potential buyers and assessing their needs and preferences

**Job Types**: Full-time, Commission

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
