We are looking for someone who is very good in communication, smart and who can convert leads into new business opportunities, satisfy and give customers a good overall experience. She would also need to take up a target for the business in the future.

**About the company**: Authorised service providers for hp, lenovo, acer, dell and Asus in Kerala with over 13 branches in Kerala, in business for the last 25 years in IT Hardware Service business

Responsibility:

- 1. Data sourcing and management
- 2. Tele calling to generate meetings

Tasks and activity:
**1. Data sourcing and management**
- Source accurate contact details from online sources like LinkedIn, Google, etc of the decision maker of IT sales and service from HR and IT departments of companies in the Education Institution, Travel & Migration, Hospitals & clinics, IT & Startups, Hotels and hospitality, Airlines, Call centres, Pharma, Banks, Telecom, Media & News Houses and Architect Firms.
- Maintain Database on the internal templates of the organisation.

**2. Tele calling to generate meetings**
- Spending 5 hours per day on calling up the decision makers of the target customer to get meetings for the sales team.
- Being the communication bridge between the prospective client and the business development team to ensure meeting details accuracy.
- **Outbound Calling**:

- Place outbound calls to potential customers to introduce Norona Tech's products and services.
- Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Promote special offers, discounts, or promotions to generate interest and drive sales.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
