**Lead experience design initiatives and help set strategy by evaluating and identifying the intersection of business needs, customer needs, and technical opportunities**
- **Partner closely with founders and executive team in exploring, planning, verifying, and building solutions**
- **Deliver wireframes, high-fidelity mockups and prototypes**
- **Deliver visual designs that adhere to an established design system**
- **Design complex navigation flows. You will need to take functional requirements and turn them into simple user journeys**
- **Collaborate with business units and engineering teams to review requirements and make sure the designs are implemented as specified**
- **Provide updates to existing designs based on user feedback**
- **Work collaboratively with a cross-functional team that includes engineers to create simple, easy-to-use software.**
- **Independently lead all aspects of the design process from conception to completion.**
- **Translate business requirements, user needs, technical requirements into clear ideas, workflows, and design concepts.**
- **Articulate the design decisions, in non-designer-speak, to Product and Engineering teammates as well as other important stakeholders.**
- **Actively gather insights and contribute to product discussions and design reviews.**
- **Facilitate workshops, design sprints, and other collaborative sessions for your teams.**
- **Tell engaging user narratives with enticing visuals, clear storyboards, and easy-to-understand concepts.**
- **Staying in the loop and on top of the latest standards, changes, trends in the visual design field.**
- **Demonstrate strong UX/UI, interaction, and visual design skills along with a human-centric approach to designing products.**
- **Able to understand a complex system, able to turn sophisticated consumer problems into simple and engaging products/features, able to think strategically about business problems and invent UX concepts to solve them.**

**Salary**: ₹8,527.30 - ₹80,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurugram, Gurugram - 122002, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)
- UX: 1 year (preferred)
- HTML5: 1 year (preferred)
