**Responsibilities**
- Develop and optimize chemical processes for efficient production.
- Conduct quality control tests to ensure product consistency.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve technical issues.
- Maintain safety standards and regulatory compliance.
- Document and analyze production data to inform decision-making.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for production processes.
- Conduct research to innovate and improve existing chemical processes.
- Mentor and train production staff on chemical processes and safety protocols.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of chemical processes and industrial manufacturing.
- Experience with quality control and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong documentation and data analysis skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
