Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, schedule, and post engaging content across social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth).
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for content creation.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm innovative campaigns and strategies.
- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster community engagement.
- Support the team in planning and executing marketing events or initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and design aesthetics.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and marketing principles.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiasm for staying up-to-date with digital marketing trends.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
