We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Fashion Accessories Merchandiser to join our dynamic team. As the Fashion Accessories Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in curating and managing our fashion accessories product lines. Your creativity, market awareness, and analytical skills will drive the success of our merchandise offerings, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing profitability.

**Responsibilities**:
Merchandise Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive merchandising strategies for our fashion accessories categories in alignment with the company's business objectives. Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings.

Product Sourcing and Selection: Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source high-quality fashion accessories that resonate with our target audience and reflect our brand identity. Negotiate favorable pricing, terms, and contracts to maintain a competitive edge and achieve desirable profit margins.

Assortment Management: Plan and manage the assortment and inventory levels of fashion accessories products. Ensure optimal stock availability, considering seasonal trends, demand forecasting, and efficient turnover rates.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to make informed decisions on product assortment, pricing, and promotions. Leverage insights to improve product performance and meet sales targets.

Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop compelling promotional campaigns and marketing strategies that drive sales and enhance brand visibility for our fashion accessories.

Performance Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the performance of fashion accessories products regularly. Recommend assortment adjustments, markdowns, or clearance sales when necessary to optimize sales and inventory management.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, logistics, and finance, to ensure a seamless product flow and timely delivery of merchandise.

Industry Awareness: Stay updated on the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments related to fashion accessories. Incorporate relevant insights into merchandising strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Fashion Accessories Merchandiser or a similar role in the fashion industry.
- Strong knowledge of fashion accessories market trends, customer preferences, and competitor landscape.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and Excel.
- Creative flair and an eye for aesthetics to curate visually appealing product assortments.
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales and profitability targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

**Salary**: ₹14,747.23 - ₹18,000.00 per month
