**Job description**
**Role & responsibilities**
Production of steel forgings, rolled rounds and flats, Stainless steel, Tool and Alloy Steel in Hammer 1,2,3-750 kg, 1 ton, 3 ton, 400 ton Press, 800 ton Press
Product develpment-D3,D2, Tool Steel, Die steel
Control melting unit to see overall plant production
Quality control
Maintenance of forging machines like hammers, manipulators, presses and others
Development of maintenance manual
Managing people and enhance manpower productivity
Wage & salary disbursement
Control overtime & absenteeism
Achieve targetted production
Coordination with departments integrated forward and backward
Customers' delightment
Implement best practices of industries-Maintain housekeeping & 5S
Control wastage and cost for competitive price
Production control and right permutation & combination of products for maximum production and profitability
Training of Technicians and Engineers
Administration & managing people
Despatch-Sales coordination
Healthy & Safety
Purchase & Store
SOPs for different processes
Preparation of JD/KRA/KPI
ERP/Google sheet
MIS reports to Directors
Technical Assistance to Directors
Team work
Implement transport management policy of no hide and seek
Education: BE/B.Tech Metallurgy/Mechanical from reputed institute
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in Open die Forging in Senior position
Must be computer savvy
