**Job Summary**

Edugreen is an Education and Services organisation to enable talent transformation and bring social impacts, primarily focused on Healthcare. ‘People Centric’ organization, the mission is to create social impacts Globally through Education and Services.

Edugreen provides skill development programs in healthcare to cater to the vast requirement of skilled manpower in the healthcare sector. It trains youth on various healthcare related skills to provide employment opportunities.

Edugreen also provides Finishing School Programs, Digital Training Solutions, Experiential Programs for Students and Corporates.

Edugreen forwardly integrates its healthcare education verticals with services by providing home healthcare solutions through its Joint Venture with BUURTZORG Nederlands, a gloabal leader in community healthcare.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

Manage, coordinate and supervise overall training centers.
Ensuring that training/revenue targets are met for the centers.
Coordinate and communicate about the program to the extension workers and develop a resource team for the project.
Network with the local people and implement the training programs along with them.
Ensuring the course content is relevant, plan and conduct Training of Trainers who in turn delivers quality content to the students within a given time frame.
Ensuring periodic assessments and certifications of trainees.
Responsible for placement of the trainees.
**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
1+Yrs Experienced as Center Incharge.with a flair of retail marketing.
Good IT skills.
Ready to travel extensively.
Very good communication and networking skills
Team management skills
Willing to travel

**Salary**: ₹9,885.24 - ₹29,097.24 per month
