- **Qualifications**: Diploma in Prosthetics & Orthotics (P&O) or a related field.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in assessing and fitting splints, with a solid understanding of biomechanics and patient-centered care.
- **Skills**: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with patients to ensure optimal fit and comfort.

**What You'll Do**:

- Perform detailed assessments to identify the best splint options for our patients.
- Collaborate with our design and production teams to ensure the highest quality of 3D printed and thermoplastic splints.
- Provide expert fitting services, making precise adjustments to achieve the best possible fit and comfort for each patient.
- Educate patients on the use and care of their customized splints, ensuring they are confident and satisfied.
