**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary liaison between the company and assigned clients to ensure all facility management services meet client expectations.
- Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Supervise on-site facility management teams to ensure efficient operations and adherence to service agreements.
- Coordinate with internal teams (housekeeping, maintenance, security, etc.) to ensure smooth service delivery and quick resolution of issues.
- Monitor service quality and conduct regular client satisfaction reviews.
- Ensure all contractual obligations are met and documented accurately.
- Oversee site audits and inspections to maintain compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Handle escalations professionally and implement effective solutions to resolve them.
- Provide regular updates and performance reports to both the client and the management team.
- Identify opportunities for additional services or business expansion with existing clients.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in client management, preferably within the facility management industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in using facility management software or CRM tools.
- Knowledge of facility operations (housekeeping, security, maintenance, etc.) is a plus.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of service delivery.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Business development: 4 years (preferred)
