Key Responsibilities:

- Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate revenue and gross margin forecasts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights and data.
- Financial Tracking: Monitor and report on utilization rates, ensuring resources are effectively allocated and financial performance is optimized.
- Variance Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of planned versus actual financials, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and department heads to align financial goals with project objectives.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement best practices in financial management and reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field;
- 8+ years of experience in finance, with a focus on project management and financial oversight.
- Strong knowledge of P&L management, revenue forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
