Plumbing Draftsman

**Job Role **:Plumbing Draftsman / PHE Draftsman / MEP Draftsman / PHE & FPS Draftsman

**Job location **:Madhapur | Hyderabad | Telangana.

**Experience **:4+ years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create detailed plumbing and firefighting system drawings, including layouts, schematics, and installation details using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Collaborate with project engineers, architects, and contractors to develop integrated and effective MEP designs.
- Ensure that all plumbing and firefighting designs comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Modify and update drawings based on project changes, client feedback, and technical specifications.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of designs, revisions, and project documentation.
- Conduct site visits to collect information and ensure accurate implementation of designs during construction phases.
- Identify potential design conflicts and provide effective solutions to ensure seamless integration of plumbing and firefighting systems.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Diploma / Graduate in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years in MEP drafting, with specific experience in plumbing and firefighting systems.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
- Strong understanding of plumbing and firefighting systems, codes, and installation practices.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in drafting and design.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
