**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training and Coaching**:

- Develop and implement customized training programs for athletes, focusing on improving their physical fitness, endurance, and technical skills.
- Conduct regular practice sessions and drills to enhance individual and team performance.
- Prepare athletes for district, state, national, and international level competitions.
- **Performance Monitoring**:

- Assess athletes' progress through performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify strengths and areas for improvement, and adjust training plans accordingly.
- **Mentorship and Motivation**:

- Inspire athletes to achieve their full potential through guidance, encouragement, and mentorship.
- Foster a positive and disciplined environment that promotes teamwork and sportsmanship.
- **Event Management**:

- Organize and oversee athletic meets, competitions, and inter-school events.
- Coordinate with management for logistics, scheduling, and participation in external competitions.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Ensure adherence to safety protocols during training and events.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements and techniques in athletics coaching.

**Qualifications and Skills Required**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field. Must have NIS diploma
- Certification in Athletics Coaching from a recognized sports authority is preferred.
- Proven experience of **3+ years** as an Athletics Coach, preferably in an educational or professional sports institution.
- Strong knowledge of coaching techniques, sports psychology, and injury prevention.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Passion for mentoring and working with young athletes.
