Job Title: Sales Representative

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our expanding team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and establishing strong relationships with our valued customers. **Responsibilities**:
Prospect, identify, and develop new leads to expand the customer base and generate sales opportunities.

Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and industry trends, providing valuable insights to the sales team.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential customers, showcasing their benefits and value proposition effectively.

Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive selling, negotiation, and closing deals.

Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement effective sales strategies and promotional activities.

Regularly update the CRM system with accurate and up-to-date customer information, sales activities, and progress.

Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and product knowledge to remain a trusted resource for customers.

Participate in sales meetings, conferences, and events to network and build relationships with potential clients and industry stakeholders.

Provide timely and accurate sales reports to the sales manager, analyzing sales performance and suggesting areas for improvement.

**Requirements**:
Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role with a successful track record of achieving sales targets.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with customers and team members.

Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities to close deals and turn leads into loyal customers.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools to manage and track sales activities.

Adept at understanding customer needs and tailoring solutions to match their requirements.

Knowledge of the industry and products/services offered is a plus.

Willingness to travel and attend sales-related events when required.

**Salary**: ₹11,991.00 - ₹35,549.61 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

Travel requirement:

- Travel
- Up to 100% travel
- Up to 20% travel

- Up to 70% travel

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Maldah, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Cold calling: 4 years (required)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- sales representative: 1 year (preferred)
