1. Administrative Support
- Managing the CEO’s schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-ups.
2. Strategic Co-ordination
- Assisting with research, data analysis, and preparing reports for decision-making.
- Supporting the CEO in developing strategies, presentations, and proposals.
- Ensuring alignment between various departments and the CEO’s priorities.
3. Communication Liaison
- Acting as a point of contact between the CEO and internal or external stakeholders.
- Communicating the CEO’s directives to teams and ensuring follow-through.
- Drafting and editing correspondence, presentations, and other materials.
4. Project Management
- Overseeing specific projects or initiatives assigned by the CEO.
- Monitoring deadlines and ensuring project deliverables meet expectations.
- Coordinating cross-departmental collaboration on key initiatives.
5. Confidentiality and Discretion
- Handling sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Ensuring that the CEO’s interests and company information are protected.
6. Operational Efficiency
- Streamlining processes to save the CEO time and improve productivity.
- Identifying and addressing potential issues before they escalate to the CEO.
7. Relationship Management
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including board members, investors, and clients.
- Representing the CEO in meetings or events when needed.
8. Organizational Skills
- Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in scheduling and calendar management.
9. Communication Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
10. Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking
- Ability to anticipate needs and proactively address issues.
- Strong decision-making and prioritization skills under pressure.
11. Technical Proficiency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with project management tools and CRM platforms.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new software tools quickly.

- High emotional intelligence and professionalism in interactions.
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
