**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Deliver high-quality, concept-based lessons in **English, Mathematics, Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology), and EVS** for Classes 9th to 12th.
- Create a student-centric environment using innovative teaching strategies, activities, and digital tools.
- Design and conduct regular assessments, tests, and quizzes to monitor student progress.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, notes, and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and academic curiosity among students.
- Communicate with parents/students for performance updates and academic support.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and coordinators to enhance the curriculum and improve student outcomes.
- Maintain discipline, punctuality, and a growth-focused attitude in the classroom.

**Key Requirements**:

- B.Ed. degree (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent communication and explanation skills in both **English and Hindi**.
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.) and digital teaching aids.
- Passionate about teaching and mentoring students of Classes 9-12.
