**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to students interested in studying abroad.
- Build rapport and actively listen to understand their academic background, preferences, and goals.
- Conduct initial assessments of student's profiles to determine suitable study options.
- Provide accurate information about universities, courses, and admission processes.
- Offer personalized counseling to help students select the right study programs based on their profiles and aspirations.
- Address student queries and concerns professionally and empathetically.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with potential students to ensure conversions.
- Document interactions and progress in CRM systems.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 yrs experience with a bachelors degree in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Sharp IQ with the ability to understand and convey information effectively.
- A knack for engaging in voice-based processes and client interaction.
- Passionate about helping students achieve their study-abroad goals.
- Positive attitude, empathy, and ability to work under targets.
