- Obtain Quote from Minimum 3 vendors (MUST)
- Review Quotes with Management, negotiate with vendors and finalise quote for purchase
- Receive proforma invoice and process advance payment (if required)
- Prepare purchase order and send to suppliers
- Follow up and track orders to ensure timely receipt of material.
