**Trainee Business Associate (JOB_521)**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Detail out the Porter’s offerings to the clients and understand their requirements
- Actively track conversion to make sales process improvements
- Should have experience in outbound calling as well as sales pitch
- Follow up calls to leads/prospects to assist in conversion

**Skills Required**:

- Strong Communication English & Hindi.
- Should be open to go on field as and when it is required (extra petrol expenses will be given) so should have his own 2 wheeler.
- Telesales /outbound calls experience
- Basic computer skills & knowledge of Excel

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

COVID-19 considerations:
All customers are required to wear a mask, common surfaces are sanitized regularly, double dose vaccination required, etc.
