**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate Political Science courses.
- Develop and update curricula in line with NEP 2020.
- Conduct and publish high-quality research in peer-reviewed journals.
- Supervise student research projects and dissertations.

**Academic Contributions**:

- Assist in curriculum design, departmental activities, and university initiatives.
- Organize and participate in conferences, seminars, and workshops.
- Engage in student mentoring and extracurricular academic activities.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Ph.D. in Political Science**.
- Specialization in Indian Politics, Public Policy, International Relations, or related fields.
- Teaching experience at the university level preferred.
- Strong research background with peer-reviewed publications.
