**Job Title: Transport Assistant**

**Location: Tumkur, Karnataka**

**Job Summary**:As a Transport Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the company. You will work closely with the Production Team to ensure the accuracy and integrity of records.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Coordination**: Assist in coordinating transportation logistics, including scheduling, route planning, and vehicle assignments.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of transportation activities, such as trip logs, fuel usage, and maintenance records.
- **Communication**: Liaise with drivers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient and timely transportation operations.
- **Support**: Provide administrative support to the transportation team, including data entry, filing, and answering inquiries.
- **Safety Compliance**: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, including vehicle inspections and driver training.
- **Problem-solving**: Address transportation-related issues promptly and effectively, seeking solutions to minimize disruptions.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist in managing inventory related to transportation, such as spare parts, fuel, and vehicle supplies.
- **Customer Service**: Provide assistance and support to customers regarding transportation services, resolving complaints or concerns as needed.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in any stream.
- Basic understanding of Logistics & Transportation principles and practices.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel would be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

**Experience**:

- Freshers & Experienced both are eligible.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
