Key Responsibilities
- **Industry & Corporate Engagement**: Build and sustain relationships with industry partners, corporate recruiters, and external stakeholders to source placement and internship opportunities.
- **Campus Recruitment & Internship Management**: Plan, coordinate, and oversee campus recruitment drives, job fairs, internship placement programs, and industry visits.
- **Student Training & Career Readiness**: Organize and conduct training and preparatory sessions for students — résumé writing, interview skills, soft skills, career readiness, and employability enhancement.
- **Placement Records & Reporting**: Maintain a comprehensive database of student profiles, placement and internship records; track placement outcomes and prepare regular placement reports for institutional review.
- **Academic Coordination**: Collaborate with academic departments to align placement strategies with curriculum objectives; coordinate internships, industrial training and live-project opportunities.
- **Industry Interaction & Networking Events**: Organize and coordinate guest lectures, seminars, workshops, MoUs with industry, alumni networking events, and other professional-development sessions to strengthen student exposure to real-world corporate environments.

Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree in Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum **3 years** (or more) of experience in placements, campus recruitment, HR, training, or corporate relations — preferably in an academic/educational institution setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent interpersonal and networking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite; familiarity with digital communication platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor, guide, and motivate students; strong organizational and coordination skills; ability to work across multiple departments and with external partners.
- High degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and commitment to the institution’s values.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
