
Resident Medical Officer

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Patient Care**:
- Provide comprehensive medical care to patients in various departments under supervision.
- Perform patient assessments, take detailed medical histories, and conduct physical examinations.
- Diagnose and treat common medical conditions, with supervision from senior doctors.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and assist with procedures as required.
- **Clinical Support**:
- Assist in emergency situations, including trauma care and critical patient management.
- Participate in medical rounds and discussions with the healthcare team to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Monitor patient progress, update medical records, and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- **Collaboration with Senior Staff**:
- Work under the guidance of senior consultants and specialists to gain exposure to diverse medical specialties.
- Participate in departmental meetings, case reviews, and training sessions.
- Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality care and patient safety.
- **Medical Documentation and Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with hospital policies and medical regulations.
- Prepare and present patient reports, case histories, and discharge summaries.
**Qualifications & Requirements**:
- **Educational Qualification**:
- MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery) from a recognized institution.
