- Experience : 5-8 years
- Person should have following excellent technical skills : Oracle PL-SQL (no other DB), Unix, Control-M
- Working knowledge of Service Now, Splunk, certificate renewals etc is preferred
- Person should be well versed with Incident management and Service Management (Problem and Change)
- Person should be doing hands-on **L2/PROD support role in his current/last role.**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Very good analytical and problem solving skills
- Highly motivated & proactive team player, detail oriented and self-driven
