- Having minimum 3 to 5 Years experience in Weaving Mills.
- Overseeing production activities during their assigned shift.
- Ensuring that production targets and quality standards are met.
- Managing and coordinating the work of production workers.
- Implementing and enforcing safety protocols and procedures.
- Monitoring equipment operation and addressing any issues that arise.
- Reporting on production metrics and performance to higher management.
- Training and mentoring new production staff.
- Handling any disciplinary issues or conflicts among team members.
- Communicating with other shift supervisors to ensure smooth transitions between shifts.
- Contributing to the development and improvement of production processes

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
